TALK training Solutions Ltd can now offer an even more comprehensive range of business solutions. TALK training announced this month that on the 1st May, an innovative Human Resources support company, TalkHR Solutions Ltd, became part of the group.  With this exciting new development, the company is now able to offer even more expert services to employers, in areas ranging from recruitment, to staff and management training services, to all HRM solutions, through to business restructuring.

TalkHR Solutions Ltd was incorporated two years ago and offers outreach HR support to small and medium enterprises. The founder of the company, Mandy Withers (pictured with Talk training's board of Directors, seated far right), currently acts as a "virtual" HR Manager for those companies that cannot afford a HR professional or perhaps do not need someone full time. TalkHR Solutions prides itself on being a business built on trust, openness and understanding. They provide expert advice and practical support in all People Management practices and create action plans tailored to focus on each businesses' specific needs and priorities; ensuring that the human resources management fits the business strategies and future plans. They help businesses solve problems, meet challenges and manage human resources and training as effectively as possible. Assistance with recruitment and management control, development of policies, employee handbooks and Works Councils are just a few of the services on offer.

After a period of joint working, it became clear to the companies that there was a great deal of synergy between TALK Training and TalkHR Solutions. Mandy said of this collaboration:

The recruitment arm of the Talk HR Solutions is being further developed to cover permanent appointments in the Commercial and Technical areas, for example, they are working with Pharma, Biotech and Electronic companies, providing skilled candidates such as HR Managers, Business Development Managers, IT and Quality positions, to name a few.
